The hotel and the location suited our needs very well. The staff were extremely helpful and informative. The access was great as my mum has mobility issues and she was comfortable getting to our room. The hotel had many restaurants and supermarkets nearby for everyday needs plus a pharmacy close by. Many nice locations close by such as the temple of Debod, Gran Via, the Royal Palace and the Almudena cathedral. The beds were very comfy and there was a nice view from the balcony onto the street. The bathroom was also very clean.

Perfect location in Madrid, close to the metro and a main square. The reception desk was also very helpful, kindly storing our luggage after check-out. Excellent hotel, I recommend it. Overall, it's a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with excellent service.

In the very center of the city, parking lot is available upon request, just park in front of the hotel if available and check in also your car. Dedicated park is very nearby, also they register the license plate to avoid fines. So, forget about your car and kick off your walking journey in the streets of Madrid.

Ideally location next to the palace and surrounded by a good selection of bars and restaurants Staff were very helpful in sorting out any issues or information required

They provide a mini bar fridge and a full size empty fridge but no kettle, cups or spoons . Access in and out of the bath / shower is very dangerous with a big risk of slipping - high risk area.
