“Very convenient stay in a green living area of Madrid”
Great breakfast, very friendly staff (also to kids), for our purpose perfect location in a very green living area (we visited family but also wanted to reach the city center easily with bus station nearby / 30 minutes). Supermarket and parks nearby; however not the area for restaurants, bars, etc.

Overall, the hotel was as expected, however, for a stay in summer, the bar/restaurant was closed with only a vending machine as the sole option for drinks. Breakfast was basic - for a boutique hotel, i was expecting more on the hospitality side. The was no room service option either. considering the price, expecting to be able to buy a drink other than at a vending machine is not going above and beyond.

The girl who worked the front desk in the afternoons, I can't remember her name, was the most the helpful and nicest person, I have met working in a hotel. She told us places to eat; she would ask us how our day went and always kept the lemon water in the front reception room filled up. The breakfast was good, and we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and it was really good. The rooms are nice and very clean.

My first impression was, that the reception personnel were professional and friendly. The room was sparkling clean, truly excellent, and spacious with a very large comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very exceptionally designed.
