Since 2019 everytime I come to Madrid I stay here. Definitely the location is the best about this hotel. During this trip I walk more the around the hotel and truly discovered that the location is the best.

We are very happwith our stay at your hotel. The room was large and spacious and clean and nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good but as a northern European there was too little healthy bread like whole grain, only many types of white bread.

It was wheelchair friendly, courteous staff, very clean and room cleaning service very good. Breakfast was varied and big spread. Good variety of fruits, juices, and essentials like eggs sausages bacon. Very good restaurant service.

“A great base for exploring the city and visiting the stadiums.”
Great location, including a convenient metro stop for Real, Atletico and Rayo matches. Plenty of restaurants, a bit cheaper than in the city center. Breakfast was monotonous (the same for 4 days), but the quality was OK. The room with a terrace was quiet. Very clean. Daily housekeeping was thorough.

Great hospitality! I had an early flight and they gave me a room before the official check in time, that was life saving! The receptionist were extremly helpful and informative
