“Dear Hotel, I miss you already”
What a lovely hotel, I loved how clean and modern it all feels, down to the decorations in the rooms. The bed was really comfortable and I loved the bath & body products in the shower. The views from the rooftop and pool are jaw dropping! Wish we would've stayed longer, would definitely recommend.

“Excellent”
I was lucky, my room was upgraded, a very comfortable suite with fabulous views from the balcony. Modern hotel, well designed with care for the environment. I appreciated having ice cold and boiling hot water 24/7. Location amazing, I walked everywhere.

“DISASTROUS”
Firstly, the photos on Booking.com are completely different from reality. Upon arrival, I was put in a room with a dirty carpet and a dirty bedspread, there is no air conditioning and there is only a fan of approximately 30cm, that looks like a toy. I also had my portable battery stolen. When I complained, the staff responded very rudely. I didn't file a complaint because I was already a bit afraid. I was completely disappointed with this hotel.

“Almost perfect place to stay in the heart of Madrid.”
Loved the location. Quiet room on 9th floor. Comfortable bed and excellent shower and bathroom. Hotel situated right next to beautiful plaza Espania and within walking distance of the royal palace and it’s beautiful grounds.

“Stylish boutique hotel with beautiful roof terrace.”
The staff were so friendly - thank you to Gianmarco and Miriam for the warm welcome, helpful tips on places to go and for booking our return taxi to the airport. We were delighted with our choice of hotel. Fantastic central location, stylish room decor, comfortable beds and quiet despite being on a busy shopping street. Above all we loved the beautiful rooftop bar with glorious panoramic views of Madrid. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the scenic cupola watching the swallows glide over the rooftops.

“Amazing hotel”
Very happy about my stay in this hotel. The location is very good in the center of Madrid. Access to the metro is in front of the hotel. This is easy when you land in the airport. The staff was very helpfull. Julio at the reception was very kind and gave us good tips where we could go in Madrid. The breakfast was amazing. I loved the toast with salmon and avocado. Also they made the Coffee themself you didnt have to get it from a machine. Maria from the breakfast was always very helpfull and kind. Always a smile on her face. Her other colleagues were also very kind and helpfull. If I go to Madrid again I would stay in this hotel again.

The staff were very accommodating. Jorge was excellent at breakfast, and chema & Gicnffo were excellent at reception. They answered any queries we had. We would definitely book again when returning to Madrid.
