“Pleasant stay for a couple of days in Madrid for work and pleasure.”
Room was a decent size with plenty of amenities. Staff were pleasant and the location is within walking distance to Atocha station for those who need to travel to other parts of Spain.

Within walking distance of most attractions, shops and restaurants. It was quiet even though in a busy tourist area. Facilities were clean and modern Staff were friendly and attentive.

“Beautiful and ideally located Hotel”
Mix of historic stone architecture and modern design elements. Inviting lobby with high ceiling and a pleasant scent. Prime location between Plaza Mayor and Puerta Del Sol. Spacious rooms with balconies, double balcony doors for sound proofing.

The staff are so helpful and friendly in this hotel. The location of this hotel is excellent, it is very close to lose to Plaza Mayor and Plaza Santa Ana, so very good for restuarants, bars etc. The rooms are lovely and big with comfy beds. Clean and well maintained too.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and unlike the minor accident we had last time, everything was perfect this time. The hotel is in a great location and fairly new. I'd especially like to point out the quality of cleaning – top-notch. Unfortunately, this time we weren't able to stay in the duplex room, which I recommend for families with children.
