A very comfortable hotel with good transport links into the middle of Madrid by Metro or by Bus. The staff were excellent in every area - very friendly, efficient and professional. Comfortable bed, impressed with how much comfortable seating there was in the room. Good to have a kettle and a fridge in the room. Very good bathroom.

Friendly and helpful personnel. Let us into the room even before the official check-in time, and stored our baggage after the check-out. Nice, clean, a real hotel. It was a bit more expensive, but it is expected for Madrid this time of year. On the other hand, a hotel is a nice upgrade from private apartments and rooms.

Very clean, modern hotel. 5 min walk to metro and there is also 4 min walk to laundromat. We were given complimentary champagne 2 glass, but me and my companion don't drink. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. Worth the money.

Stylish, clean, and comfortable hotel with exceptional staff (highly professional and friendly). Spacious room with proper wardrobe and bathroom. The hotel is across the metro train station, along Linea 1 - an easy 10 minute ride into the centre of Madrid. Free fast wifi. Buffet breakfast is a must - includes all the best cold meat, bread, cheese, churros con chocolate, Spanish omelette, chorizo, freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, fresh fruit selection, and so much more.

Staff and breakfast were the highlights for us. Value for money as well, just getting a couple miles away from the very city centre can yield great hotels at great prices. Metro solves the rest.

“A perfect hotel to stay and enjoy your trip”

It is located in a good neighbourhood (2 min away from metro line 1, 20 min. away from airport by car, 15 min. away from Sol by metro). Although it is located very central on a main and busy street, inside the hotel and its rooms are very quiet and you wont hear anything. The rooms are recently renovated and have all the equipments you might need during your stay. The bed was kingsize with very comfy matress and pillows. Last but not least, the staff especially in the reception were very kind and attentive and helpful.
