The apartment (the smallest among the various options) was perfect for a stay of a few days for two people: it is well organised and equipped with anything one might need, with a very handy kitchenette and other little attentions such as the possibility to hang clothes to dry. It is modern and spotless clean. The air conditioning was much appreciated and perfectly working, although during the night it was enough to keep the window open on a quiet street. The location is conveniently close to two metro stations and only 10 minutes by public transport to the centre. The neighbourhood was a pleasant surprise: quiet, residential, with some nice bakeries and coffee places for a nice start of the day. The building offers a 24/7 reception, manned by truly friendly and welcoming members of the staff, which made everything extra smooth.

“Nice place for recreating family routines while on vacation”
The location is great for a family with the pedestrian street outside and close metro stations on multiple lines. The service was as expected, and any requests we had were met. We enjoyed the terrace in our room which doesn't seem to be a common feature.

Very kind and helpful staff. The room was spacious and very clean. The neighborhood was quite and I had everything I needed nearby. I recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely book a room again, whenever I will visit Madrid again.

Super friendly staff. We could leave our luggage at the day of departure and there is a little room where you can change before heading to the airport. Supermarket close by, also the walk to the subway is a few hundred meters. Good internet, little kitchen and even a small terrace. We liked the place although we spend most of our time outside visiting Madrid. The taxi drive to the airport was 15 minutes, super convenient.

The location is ideal, very well connected for using public transport.It is also in a very quiet neighbourhood; it's a pedestrian street so there are no cars.

The property is in a great location, very nice area and metro stop really close. I enjoyed the walk down to Goya which takes about 30 mins and then you are really close to Retiro. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
