Very central location. Good communication with host-helpful information provided by him for a great stay. Apartment has 3 bedrooms, one full bathroom and a second toilet with wash hand basin, well equipped kitchen, and pleasant lounge and dining area. The property is a gem of a find. Fantastic location and a very comfortable place to stay. Conveniently located in central Madrid and easy to get to all tourist attractions. There are plenty of good restaurants close by.

The apartment was excellent. We were met by our lovely hosts who gave us a guided tour of the apartment and how everything worked, they even provided us with a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and comfortable, and was centrally located to all the major attractions and the Metro network. There were plenty of excellent eating establishments in the local area.

“Excellent comfortable and spacious apartment in the heart of Madrid”
The host was very helpful and communicative, welcoming us on arrival, giving recommendations for our stay and leaving breakfast treats and wine for us. The apartment was quiet, very clean, with a good bathroom and comfortable beds. The location is superb, a quiet street but within walking distance of all the sights plus lots of bars. restaurants and cafes.

A great apartment for visiting Madrid with the family (and for business too if you are planning to stay several days), it has everything to make the stay like home. The location is also great and the staff was superlative. Probably the best apartment during our Europe trip.

We felt very welcomed by veronica and her mum. We were checked in out of there check in time. They are still very kind and even prepared some breakfast for us, making us feel at home. The apartment location is perfect for everything. Right in the middle of madrid and very quiet at night. We like their suggestions for the restaurant. Really enjoyed staying. If we could come back again in madrid, we hope we can still stay here. Thanks again, veronica's and Mum. Very appreciated 👏

“Perfect”
The host, dear Carmen, and her husband welcomed us very well. They didn’t neglect to provide champagne, toothbrushes, and even cake for breakfast. The location of the house was fantastic, just a 3-minute walk to the main square. The kitchen utensils in the house were new, modern, and sufficiently plentiful. The towels and bed linens were quite clean. On the day we were checking out, the hosts came to see us off.

“Lovely, spacious, quiet and secure apartment in the heart of Barrio Las Letres.”
I wish we could have stayed more than two nights - this secure, quiet three bedroom apartment, one bathroom is very comfortable and having the second toilet made it easier to share with my friends. Carmen was prompt at check-in and easy to communicate with. It was very well equipped and generous extras were provided. All the things we wanted to do were within walking distance. A definite for next time.
