“Great location and spacious room”
Central location with easy access to the metro and walkable to many areas of the city and shopping. We found it very easy to use public transport from the airport to the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and check out. The room was spacious and tidy with a large comfortable bed, a small fridge and a security safe.

“Excellent location and apartment. Cleaning once in three days.”
Location is excellent. We got upgrade thanks to hotel management. Room ans living area was good. However cleaning once in three days was a trouble as room was smelly in the evening. Rest all execelent.

“Amazing, would definitely stay here again”
The location was incredible, cannot beat it, everything is a stone throw away, we basically were able to walk to all the main tourist attractions even in 35C heat. Royal palace, puerta de sol, plaza mayor all walking distance. There are 3 metro stations within walking distance and a carrefour 1 minute walk away. Also it was so lively around the area, so much going on and so many places to eat. The apartment we booked was 2 bedroom and the rooms were big, 2 fully loaded bathrooms, sitting area, big lounge, the housekeeping were helpful and were always on hand for towel changes etc

“Love this place”
The apartments are well situated right at Gran via. You have all you need nearby just at walking distance. The apartment is clean, well decorated and sound proofed. Honestly I will come back again

“Very convenient location. Large size apartment, nicely decorated and very quiet.”
The apartment was really spacious and tastefully decorated. It's probably one of the most quiet places I have ever stayed in. The ceilings were sound proofed so we didn't hear anyone above us - perfect for sleeping off jetlag after a long flight. The beds were comfortable too. The windows were also double glazed which blocked out street noise which was great, as the apartment is located on a very busy main road - like the equivalent of Oxford Street in London.

We loved the central location of the apartment, right on Gran Vía, which made it very easy to explore the city. The room was clean and we also appreciated the coffee amenities provided during our stay.

“Conveniently located aparthotel in the middle of Gran Via”
We loved the easy check in and being close to everything we needed. Staff are friendly. Rooms felt new and modern and it was comfortable for 2 adults and a small child. Having a small kitchen was very handy. There was also a small gym with a very basic setup.
