The property was central and easily accessible, it had everything we needed for our stay in Madrid.

A great location. A little noisy, with noise from the street and from other apartments. However it is in a great location and as such you can expect some night life noise and it only disturbed my partner :-) . It was exceptionally hot in Madrid (35deg) but the aprtment air conditioning kept it at 24deg.

everything was perfect I was truly amazed by the excellent service from the staff, especially when calling for inquiries or requests. There were kind people who waited patiently for our comfort, such as Mr. Juan and Mrs. Sylvia, and Mrs. Julia in room service. You are truly a wonderful team. The rooms are exceptionally clean, bright, and very comfortable, the decor is beautiful, and the accessories are high quality, from the kitchen to the bathroom to the windows.

Location cannot be better. It’s right in the centre of Madrid surrounded by restaurants shops and attractions. Got the apartment not on main street but overlooking the back of the building which was super quiet even if the location is so central. Kitchen is fully equipped for holidays but also mid length stays and there were hairdryer and even iron and ironing board for longer stays + dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There was even a fruit juicer. Really Very well equipped.

The location is great, the apartment itself was pretty clean, comfortable and has all the amenities that you may need. We were on a family trip with a year and a half baby and there wa s a cot with linens specially prepared for it, also we could prepare all the food we needed thanks to the electries in the kitchen.

Access to the room is a joke,I spent hours on the phone everytime I came back so they could remotely open the door.The 24/7 claim is shambolic,its hours to get through to anyone.Had 2 nights here and spent a total of about 4.5 hrs on the phone or searching for help.They finally moved us to a different room and said they would compensate but as you can imagine zero was forthcoming.SO EXPENSIVE for what it is,my advice get a hotel.

Secure apartment. Location was excellent for us; very close to Sol metro station. Spacious apartment with all we needed in the kitchen. Good shower in the bathroom and sufficient towels provided.

The location was very convenient. We could walk everywhere from there. The apartment was big and it was great that the sleeping room was separated from the living area, so that the baby could sleep and not be disturbed by us.

Small, compact modern apartment equipped with all amenities located 5 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol square. Close to restaurants and shops.

It was so central. The apartment looks just like the photos. It's very spacious, quiet, clean and decorated in a really stylish way. The apartment has everything you need. Shower is great and hot water. Although apartment is central it's still quiet. It felt very safe and secluded there. Communication and support from team we booked with was great and courteous. Check in and out was very easy. First check in is virtual keys. They have physical keys and card once you get inside so don't have to worry about phone battery etc after first check in.
