Carlos is an awesome host, he was so helpful and communicative. He provided all the comfort we needed, giving us tips about what to do in Madrid, what to eat, what to see, anything you might need to have a great time in the city. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the metro and a commercial centre. It was super clean, had stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine - all facilities suitable for a longer period too if you need. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to visit Madrid!!

Facilities were as advertised. Self-check in was smooth with the clear instructions given. Apartment was clean & a 10-minute walk to the metro. With the metro, we could easily get to the sights in central Madrid in 10 to 20 minutes without changing lines. Carlos was extremely helpful in suggesting an itinerary & places to eat. With his itinerary, we managed to cover most of the sights in our short stay of 2 full days.

The apartment is located in a very quite and friendly neighborhood, in a proximity of Las Rosas commercial center and very close to a Metro station. Apartamento 4 Personas is a wonderful place equipped with everything you need. Instructions to access the location were very simple and precise. Instructions on how to use the various appliances were also very easy to follow. We were pampered with various complimentary refreshments prepared before our arrival. The place was also very clean and tastefully decorated. The owner, Carlos was exceptionally helpful and present in every aspect of our stay from making sure we had everything we need to making our stay comfortable, helping us getting around Madrid, places to visit, recommending us local restaurants and even giving us weather updates. Thank you Carlos for your substantial contribution in making our family vacation a memorable one! We could have not chosen a better location and we cannot wait to come back one day.

I love this apartment so much. The host, Carlos, was extremely informative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, with nearby access to metro, bus, hypermarket and a big shopping center. The apartment has everything you need: Kitchen, cooking utensils, hair dryers, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, air condition, ...The bed is comfy, sofa bed is also good. Cleanliness is awesome. I will definitely stay here if I ever visit Madrid again.

“Very pleasant host and great and clean apartment”

The apartment was very clean when we arrived and the area is really quiet. There is a huge Carrefour nearby where you can buy groceries anytime. There is a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine and everything you might need! Carlos was very helpful with all the recommendations and he always replied really quickly if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Carlos was the great host. The apartment is fully equipped, we find everything what we need as a family with 2 kids. The apartment is very close to the metro, so we can reach everything easily. Also there are some supermarkets in the nearby.

The owner was very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of info about restaurants, cafes and places to visit. The flat was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and the kitchen had all the facilities you need. The flat was in a quiet neighbourhood and the metro into Madrid was really handy and there were local shops and a large supermarket nearby. The WiFi was reliable.

Its very cozy apartment in very good location. Metro is accessible on 5 minutes walk. Supermercados are also near by. The location is very quiet and peaceful. Apartment has all the facilities. Carlos (the host) was very communicative. I really enjoyed my stay here.
