The location is perfect – just 5 minutes by car from the ski resort and the city center, making it super convenient yet peaceful. The staff were truly exceptional: extremely helpful, always friendly, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety and fresh, high-quality options to start the day right. Everything about our stay was just lovely – clean rooms, cozy atmosphere, and great service. We really enjoyed it and would happily return. A wonderful place all around!

The food, the staff and the beautiful location!!

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, particularly one of the younger ones who spoke English. The room and breakfast were good value and the location excellent.

“Perfect VFM choice”

It's probably the best VFM choice I've done in my life and I have been passionately traveling for more than 20 years! That's a very small and cozy hotel by the side of the road, located just 6-min-drive from Madonna di Campiglio and even less from Gondola Groste that transfers skiers to the top of the ski resort. Parking is always available just outside the entrance and hosts are extremely warm and helpful. Breakfast is top-quality and with enough variety for the likes of anybody, and the rooms are warm with very comfortable matresses.

A Hidden Gem Near Madonna di Campiglio We had an incredible 5-day skiing trip while staying at Hotel Ristorante Genzianella, and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel is located in a peaceful, quiet area with nothing much around, which was perfect for relaxation and unwinding. Every day, we drove to the Grostè parking lot, just 3 minutes away by car, to access the ski lifts. Although there is a ski bus available, the timetable wasn’t very convenient for us, so driving was a better option. The all-day parking fee was just €6, which was very reasonable. The service at the hotel was outstanding! The staff were incredibly friendly, always helpful, and gave great advice whenever we needed it. A special mention goes to the fantastic restaurant – a true highlight of our stay! The young chef is exceptionally talented, and every single dish we tried was absolutely delicious – “hats off” to him! The waiter, who speaks excellent English, and the lovely bartender were also amazing. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and while it was tasty, it wasn’t exactly what we’re used to in Poland. Most of the options were sweet pastries, but we understand that breakfast in Italy tends to be different. There were always small rolls, one type of ham, and cheese, and you could also make a toast. We did miss having some cottage cheese and fresh vegetables, but this is just a minor observation and doesn’t affect our overall impression of the hotel at all. The atmosphere in the hotel is warm, family-like, and very cozy. After challenging days on the slopes, we were able to relax and recharge perfectly. Nice little hotel outside of Madonna / Campo Magno, bit smaller but very clean and silent rooms. OUTSTANDINGLY superb restaurant, such a creativity and quality ! Very good breakfast buffet. Overall, a full top hit in this area, we will be back !
