The restaurant and the service were excellent. At the end, the hotel owner herself gave us some sandwiches and a packed lunch. It was very kind of her. The waiters at this restaurant are brilliant! That’s exactly how it should be! Remember, you have to ask the waiter for coffee!!! There’s no extra charge, and you’ll get the best coffee.

The most wonderful hotel in the Dolomites I've ever stayed in. Beautifully situated, very friendly service, excellent food, and a wonderful wellness and spa area. The real gem is the hotel owner, Silvana, who talks to each guest and makes them feel special.

Everything. As always everything and everyone were wonderful. The staff are always so helpful. The drivers are always great, dropping us off to organise our ski hire when we arrived. Running us into the centre in the evening and collecting us after our meal. The dining room and bar staff are also really friendly and very helpful. Signora Lorenzetti is wonderful, has great attention to details and always checks with all the guests to make sure all is well. Will hopefully return again.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, and the staff is consistently pleasant and accommodating. Should you require water, it will be provided. In addition, the shuttle service is highly satisfactory and is a much-needed resource. The room is consistently maintained to ensure a comfortable and clean environment. There is a designated area where skis can be stored safely and securely. This facility is equipped with modern heating to ensure optimal conditions for storing skis during winter months. Regarding breakfast, the food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options. Dinner is also exceptional, and is available as a la carte. Personnel was very kind and helpful. The spa was really cool with Turkish bath, sauna, pool and a big plus for the long chairs with Mountain View after a day on the slopes. The navette services to the lifts with the kind drivers

The owner and the personnel at the reception were welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room had an amazing view of the mountains. The wellness area was also very nice and clean. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was spatious and had a panoramic view of the mountains as well. Although the hotel is not in the city centre, it offers an efficient shuttle service.

“Breathtaking view and the most amazing vacation we had”

We love every bit of our stay in this hotel! First of all it's the view. We arrived very late at night and when we wake up in the morning we couldn't believe our eyes - these amazing rocks of Dolomite's! Our hearts were captured right away. Then we went for breakfast in a beautiful restaurant downstairs. We were welcomed by a relaxing music and kind waiters in a very specious and well decorated restaurant. We loved the breakfast - there was everything we needed. If something is missing you can always ask the waiters and they will be happy to help. And again that view from the big windows! Unforgettable! We loved the SPA as well. Wonderful steaming baths, saunas and pool with jacuzzi! There is a very helpful girl at the SPA who is ready to answer any question you might have. And don't want to forget seniora Silvana, the owner of the hotel. She was constantly present in the lobby area, greeting everyone warmly. She always wanted to know how is everything. And every guest was kindly given a generous gifts of sweets when leaving the hotel. What else to say! We simply were made to leave our hearts in the hotel and the amazing Dolomite's surrounding! Really hope to return one day again!

Very kind and helpful personnel. Big plus is shuttle service for ski lifts and for going to city. The hotel is a bit outside Madonna but shuttle service make going on ski lifts even easier than in city centre.

Perfect stay. Everything was great. Our stay was about ski holidays. The transfer to slopes is very kindly! The staff was amazing, the SPA and fitness center too much comfortable. We will repeat!! Thanks a lot! And thank you by the cakes to our trip.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a good choice for breakfast and dinner, the food was delicious. Hot wine and cakes were available every afternoon. The shuttle service to and from the ski lifts and town was excellent. We had a large modern room with amazing views and always cleaned thoroughly

Exceptional place and staff friendliness. We couldn’t go snowboarding in one day because all the slopes were closed. So the manager informed all the guests that saunas will be opened earlier than usually. Shuttle service was also amazing. Drivers were very friendly and helpful. During breakfast we had a big variety of food to choose. What I liked the most - a lot of fruits, which is very uncommon in the Alps area.
