This property is basic, but right on the beach. Great local food served by the Owners and cold beers available. Lovely family run property.

Beautiful location right on the beach. The setting is very natural; the bungalow blends well with the beach, palm trees. Breakfast, nice (fruit) drinks and meals available in the bungalow. There is also a variety of restaurants and cafés nearby.

“Great hosts, great food and great location”
Friendly helpful host - advised us which beach to visit to see turtles. Location is right on the beach front with direct access to the fairly sheltered sea. There are 3 rooms each with their own patio areas plus tables and chairs. You are free to eat on the patio, in the small restaurant or on the beachside. Very good dinners at a reasonable price.

“Paradise x”
No-frills perfection! It’s like paradise. Hosts are amazing- I’ve been coming for nearly 20 years and Nishantha and Suranga are the best hosts. The Sri Lankan curries for dinner (order in the morning) is the best in Sri Lanka.

Nice Location directly on the beach. Very nice owner - we arrived late in the evening, very tired and hungry, and then she made us the best curry i ate in Sri Lanka. We had a safe parking space.

“Excellent stay”
Awesome location, direct access to the beach suitable for swimming and snorkeling. Feels like a private beach almost. Close to Polhena beach as well. Very friendly family. Loved the whole setup of the property. The food was very good too.

Amazing small family-run hotel with awesome private beach and small restaurant in lush-green shadows. It is just 5 minutes walking distance from Polhena beach where we swam with turtles and snorkelled. The owner of the place Sara cooks amazing Sri Lankan home-made food. Our room had pretty good amenities. We liked it all.

“hidden gem right at the beach”
very quiet place with a very relaxed atmosphere. the local couple that run the place make you feel at home. they were very helpful and supported one to the best of their possibilities. anyone looking for a calm spot right at the beach, I can truly recommend.

Everything was perfect. The owners are a family and were so friendly and helpful, they have a restaurant too and the food is amazing. Our room was just a few steps from the beach which is the most beautiful I've experienced in Sri Lanka, most of the time it was completely empty and we even spotted a few turtles in the ocean. The rooms are very spacious as well as the bathroom. The family work very hard to make this place what it is.

We had the best time! The owner family is very, very nice and the food is the best - all fresh and tasty :) The place is right at the beach, which is hard to find in this area. The sea is nice for swimming with kids. We even saw turtles! We stayed three weeks.

“Great beautiful and relaxing.”
Food fantastic, and always fresh. Beautiful sunsets and a friendly vibe, safe for familys. The couple running Blue Corals are exceptionaly nice. Boat trips up Matara river can be arranged here as can snorkelling with turtles and mini van hire.
