I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wala Camp, from the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the amazing staff doing their best to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The hospitality staff always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. They made me feel at home and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Wala Camp offers s stunning view of the surrounding natural beauty. Whether I was relaxing exploring the nearby trails. Overall, I highly recommend Wala Camp to anyone looking foe a peaceful retreat, nature lover.

Stunning location within easy reach of Dead Sea and Madaba. Incredible food. Cosy tent. Amazing Bedouin hospitality….the guys at the Camp even helped us out when we had a problem with our car.

“Warm Hospitality, Great Stay!”

The welcome was warm and the host, who spoke very good English, spent some time with us on the terrace, chatting and enjoying tea. The quietness and the atmosphere of the place, especially in the evening with relaxing music, were perfect as many Jordanian families gathered to dine, drink, or smoke shisha. The tent/room was simple yet fully equipped with a shower, small sink, fridge, and air conditioning.

Oct 2023. Were very welcomed by Yazan and Mustafa. Very friendly people and we were given a traditional Jordanian dinner with a small history lesson! Breakfast was also very nice. We slept very well, the whole camp has a nice atmosphere. Also, if you have any questions you can always count on reasonable help from Yazan.

The host (Yazan) was amazing! Such a friendly and welcoming person, who really made us feel at home there. When we arrived he gave us a tour of the location, and showed us a nice spot to view the sunset. He and his family always made sure we had tea, and the food was delicious (and plenty!), and we had very nice conversations with them, learning more about Jordanian life. The campsite is just starting, so you can see that some things are still in progress, but you can see that they are making something great out of it. There is an amazing terrace with very nice decorations, and great view of the valley. And there is a very welcoming atmosphere, during our stay we even got invited to join another group of guests, a local family, for tea during the evening!

Amazing stay at this new camp. Our host Yazan was one of the kindest person we met on our trip (knowing that all Jordanians had been very kind!). He was very keen to share stories great stories about his family, food and traditional way of life in Jordan. Recommend at 200%!

The host (Yazan) was the best host we could imagine, very friendly and helpful! During our stay we had health problems and he took us to doctor and let us stay longer in the accommodation. Overall he was really helpful and made us feel as part of his family. The accommodation is at beautiful location and the food was really delicious.

“A very warm welcome along the King’s road”

Amazing sunrise view from the camp. Great hospitality from Yazan and his family. The perfect stop on the King’s road. The dinner prepared by Yazan’s mother was memorable : the best Mansaf of our trip ! Delicious typical bedouin breakfast in the morning.

The host Yazan was the friendliest man we've met in Jordan. He made sure we felt relaxed and at home. He was very helpful with information on the best sites to visit, wich roads to take and what time would be best.

All the family were super! We felt like home and Yazan was a perfect guide for us! He welcomed us in a very beautiful way, he tells us all stories about Jordan and places we want to visit. We had a real experience making for dinner a special Mansaf for us...soooo good! About breakfast... It was perfect to end the typical food experience. This place has a big big potential to grow. It has just started. We liked a lot to have spent one night and a morning there. Good vibes. Thank u!
