We stayed here twice during our time in Jordan and found is clean and comfortable both times. The room has AC which was useful in the winter. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

“Highly recommend, true hidden gem”
Great hotel in the the middle of a beautiful city. The staff has been amazing with us, recommended us very good local restaurants near by with discounts and free pass to St John’s church. We loved it so much we changed our plan to spend one more night there on our last day back from Petra, and they not only remembered us but greeted us and made us feel like family. And only 25min away from Amman airport! 10/10!! Can’t wait to go back and enjoy a local beer and the sunset on the rooftop with its amazing views. The beds are soooo comfy and very clean all around. Excellent staff, easy check in, good location, plenty of parking on the street outside. Good recommendation made for where to go to eat (the rooftop restaurant is still closed for refurbishment). Breakfast was plentiful and served in the lobby.

Breakfast was tasty, easy to park the car. The room had everything and more. Get used to the mosque prayers in the early morning, but its the same all around jordan. Overall great experience and the guys working there were really helpfull

“A Good option in Madaba”
The hotel is quite basic, but acceptable for a short stay. The room had what we needed and, overall, the facilities match what the hotel promises. The main issue was that we were placed next to guests who made noise all night—shouting, doors slamming and music. It was impossible to sleep. Fortunately, when we reported it, reception moved us to another room and the staff also resolved a small incident we had, so in terms of service they did respond well. Breakfast is very basic, with little variety and nothing special to highlight. The only truly positive aspect is the staff, who do their best and are willing to solve problems despite some limitations. In summary, a simple and functional hotel with room for improvement in soundproofing, breakfast and noise control. The staff, however, is the best part of the place.
