It was great, a very comfortable stay. Good internet, hot water, good-sized room, aircon, in a quiet area. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The owner and her son were absolutely perfect – incredibly kind and helpful. There was a small misunderstanding on our part: we thought we had paid for the accommodation in advance through Booking.com, so we left without realizing that the payment was actually supposed to be made in cash on site. The owners were completely understanding and had no problem with it. We ended up paying a few days later when we returned from our road trip. Truly some of the kindest people we’ve ever met.

The owners are very kind, and communication was easy. The place was warm, with hot water available. Great location - just 25 minutes from the airport and close to restaurants and shops. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it!

“A very pleasant stay”

We chose this accomodation mainly for the price, which is a real bargain, but there's a lot of value for money. The position is not a very central, you have to drive 8 - 10 minutes to reach the city centre. The room is very large and so the bathroom, and the shower was plenty of very very hot water. The stairs leading to the room are wide and easy to climb: even with a 20kg suitcase, I had no problem going up and down. Car park is inside the structure: Jordan is a very safe place, but as Western people we felt "safer" if the car is not parked along the road. The breakfast is optional, I recommend it because I like salty breakfast: if you prefer sweet breakfast, I must admit you may be disappointed. Nabeel is a good host, and even if we never saw him (he only talked with us only via whatsapp) he made all the possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Every concrete action - the keys delivery, the breakfast, and so on - was performed by Nabeel mother, who is an incredibly kind and nice woman.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a delightful experience. First and foremost, the host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We arrived at the property quite late, around 1 AM, and to our amazement, the host was not only expecting us but was also in constant communication with us to ensure we arrived safely. This level of dedication to customer service is truly commendable and put us at ease after a long flight.The fact that the host personally waited for us until 1 AM demonstrates a level of commitment that is rare to find. It's evident that they genuinely care about their guests' well-being and go out of their way to ensure a positive experience.
