The staff was very polite, the room was great, spacious, clean, WiFi in the room (some properties in the area struggle with this), everywhere in the facilities was possible to pay with VISA (which was next to impossible to find in Venezuela), all in all very great property and staff, felt like in Europe

Very modern and fun complex, the room was slick and comfortable. Staff are so friendly and organised. Helpful about all my requests. Free airport transfer and even on this occasion they had a touristic guide available to show me around

“Comforting, relaxing and luxurious”
Breakfast was good. It is a good portion, even the food is not salty. I would prefer juice 100% natural or another drink. Coffee was excellent and the attention was exceptional. Next time, I will try pancakes or Desayuno Americano
