“It’s excellent!”
I like that it’s near to the airport, it’s clean, comfortable, staffs are very helpful, I feel safe as a female solo traveller and I really appreciate that they pick me up and drop me off at the airport.

Service arrangements not met left waiting at designated area ended up paying for taxi due to them not following their own instructions left stranded because of poor communication skills of management then kept waiting to have our check in finalised totally ignored until we found someone else to check us in our key had been ready the whole time room was outdated toilet didn't flush properly not happy all round

A minute away from the airport and providing free shuttle. FYI, the airport right in front of it is Domestic!! Don't dare to walk to there with your lugguges if you are travelling internationally. Internationam terminal is around 8min walk from the hotel. Given the hot weather, it is recommended to request a free shuttle. Very affordable price.

When we there May 11 and check out May 12 2026 the aircon not working so hot inside the room and they give us fan but still so hot.The toilet rusty the tub has mark ,the carpet so old the you afraid to step on it 😀 and the indoor sleeper 10mins used already broken,the bed so old the every the you turn while sleeping moving like you afraid next time you move the bed broken 😀. And the safe box also broken .we went swimming carry our important stuff in our bagpack.
