The rooms & facilities were wonderful although there were hiccups at the point of check in. The staff named Ms Jomari & Ms Faye were exceptionally amazing & helpful

Staff were warm and friendly and prided themselves with remembering names when you attended the reception desk. Management were visible and again prided themselves with knowing their clients. Security staff and restaurant staff always super friendly and happy to help. Both restaurants for lunch and dinner were incredible 🤗

“Relaxing holiday”

Very peaceful location, beautiful trees and plants surrounding the swimming pools. When the wind is not strong and the sea is calm, the water is beautiful: you can see fish and starfish while snorkeling. Due to the low/high tide, the sea is constantly changing. It's worth staying for more than a couple of days. Staff is very kind. Rooms are soacious and equipped with akitchen and a washing machine. Good choice for breakfast, and good juices/cocktails at the bar on the beach. Easy to reach from the airport in approx 45 min by taxy. Supermarkets and malls at approx 15 minutes drive.

The staff were polite and welcoming. The room was clean. The Caverna food was superb. Proximity to the airport was convenient. The scheduled entertainment was good.

“Nice place to visit”

I loved the beach ground floor restaurant, the staff were very accomodating and very helpful and nice. Loved you have 3 pools to move around one including a kids area, lots of beds and shade. Staff were all very helpful. The beach is very clean, unfortunately due to weather they had a sign advising jellyfish and snakes so I decided not too indulge.

Thank u but it was way too far from my location, I’m talking about the pool coz we need go at reception area which my location is closed to residential area pool. The saddest part we are not allowed to have a swim at residential pool.

The gardens and common areas are immaculate, the staff is absolutely wonderful

“Great resort!”

The hotel grounds are immaculate. All pools are very clean and well kept. The staff are very attentive and friendly - each time they see you around the hotel, they make an effort to say hello. We also enjoyed using the hotel gym, which is very well equipped. At the moment, the spa is closed for refurbishment but no doubt it will be another great hotel feature once it is open again. We did go out of the resort each evening and walked through the local town to find alternative massage places - again everyone was super friendly and we always felt safe. Hotel has a good happy hour menu - we also really enjoyed the freshly made pizza which is made in a pizza oven. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
