Not clean at all, in room and hallways. Not clean bed linen. Smelled musty in the room. Cockroaches in rooms and hallways. Very dirty chairs in breafast-area. Crowded and noisy breakfast. Absolutely no view from our room. Don't stay in this hotel!

Modern clean room with basic amenities. Service was good. I had a drink at the bar, the staff was kind enough to make me one even at almost closing hour, a lovely Long Island iced tea. The pool @ 3rd floor was good. Liked the beach and the beach pool.

Good Location. A good option for a stop over.. don’t think it would be a destination hotel but for the two nights we spent there before we moved on up the coast it was nice

“Dont bother staying close to beach. Stay near city centre and if you like the beach, just go for day trip towards Newtow”

“Loved the experience.”
Loved the place. Located great, everything is within walking distance in Mactan Newtown. The staff were just wonderful people starting from the team at the entrance, there was one staff I loved seeing, I think his name was Mikael or Michael, he has a beautiful smile. I felt welcomed every time😊.
