“Unfriendly and unhelpful”
The entire staff can't seem to smile, they are not helpful at all. They said they wouldn't store my luggage after I checked out. I wanted to go eat and then go to the airport but I had to sit in the lobby because they wouldn't store my bags. Completely unfriendly! After I asked them why they can't store my luggage, they told me to go to Starbucks for some reason I don't know why.

“The small bed and lukewarm water in the shower spoiled what could have been a much better stay.”
The view from our room and the swimming pool were excellent. The kitchen utensils and appliances were adequate, except for the defective microwave and absence of a toaster.
