Comfortable and quiet rooms, great view and good facilities. Fernando met us at the airport, Roland took us to our room upon arrival and explained everything to us. Roland was always available for any questions we had.

Great Condo, with enought space and air-con. Nice plus that can use gym and pool. Host was excellent as gave detailed info and also easy arrange Day trips example to Bohol & Moalboal for sardine run with good price. Only minus is location If you are person who want go big shipping mall, but If want go airport then Mactan is great place. I can recommend this place if want stay in Mactan.

Roland is very accomodating, he guide and assist us for our whole stay iterinary. Our rooms are very gorgeous with breathtaking view. With good amenities. Access to pool and gym. 🙂 were able to have grab transpo and food delivery as well.

“Great”
Amazing stay I honestly wish this had been our accommodation for the entire trip. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and felt extremely safe from the moment we arrived. Having great restaurants right outside the front door was so convenient, and the beach plus pool access made it even better. Everything you could want in one place. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

“I bit tight for 4”
Everything was ‘ok’ - we left early due to excess noise from a faulty window and noisy neighbours doing renovation work. Scooter rental was nice - but one helmet only. Owner was a lovely guy.

The La Mirada residence is amazing. The driver will pick you up at the airport and than the owner Conrad is waitng for you to show you the room and all services that he offers. You feel very welcome. The apartment is spacious, have everything what you need. You can use swimming pool and the gym. The residence is highly secured with guards. It is close to two beach clubs, which is very convinient. It hase stunning view from balcony. I would recommend to buy at least one trip from Conrad, because you don't have to care about anything and it is perfect experience.
