“High end hotel, but low end value for money”
The room was spacious and overall good quality. The walking distances to restaurants and pool did not disturb me, even though they are unusually long. The staff was very professional and friendly and the breakfast was generous.

The pool is huge ! , gets nicely warm like a bath by sunset too . There is a smaller pool that gets more shade and has a nice waterfall feature .

“Loved staying here at this lovely resort.”
We lived our trip for so many reasons. Despite having an initial issue at check in, it was resolved the same day which was great. The resort is lovely, excellent options at breakfast, impromptu activities and entertainment and excellent service. We ate at the buffet, the Thai restaurant and Sunset Bar and the food was amazing and the service was some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. The staff are friendly, well trained and attentive. The room was spacious and very comfortable indeed. My daughters and I had a wonderful t time.

“I truly loved my stay—I’m very satisfied and would definitely come back.”
Despite being given a room that wasn’t fully ready, the staff made up for it with their service and by providing complimentary food. Overall, I am not disappointed with the experience. The breakfast was excellent—I truly enjoyed it. We loved our room’s location in Building 2—it was near the pool and very accessible to everything.

Great stay for the end of our trip! Clean and tidy. Breakfast had lots of options. Staff super attentive and were always on hand to help. Good food in the Sports Bar was great.. although portions are huge! Pool is nice and big and the morning water aerobics was good fun.
