How spacious the area is, the food is a mix of western plus authentic filo foods and the beaches and pools are so clean

The Beer and Mangoshakes are more than twice as expensive compared with similar hotels. The food is a little bit higher in price but ok. But how come a regular beer is 300 PHP ?

Breakfast - 95% of the food served were a repeat. Foods were mostly Filipino menu and not a variety for international travelers. We ordered behon but the vermicelli was overcooked. For Filipino palate, the taste of the foods were below excellence. It needs improvement on using the right recipe and measurement. Work - Digital nomads are everywhere nowadays, and the resort had no business center where we can do work, print, scan and make business calls. Relaxation- Jetlag was not considered. Saturday and Sunday day use for corporate events deprived us of enjoying the calming wind and sea breeze. We look forward on lying at the beach, read our book and enjoy the sun but it was totally deprived. The screaming participants were very loud and noisy. The atmosphere was very unrelaxing especially the screaming and announcements over the microphone. We were sleep deprived. We wanted to stay in a resort before we go to our next destination to be able to relax and de-stress but it didn't happen. Safety - Bicycle riding was supposedly fun for kids and adults or families together, but it was unsafe as there was no bicycle lane. Cars and other vehicles go in and out of the property and there were no traffic signs. A "Slow Down" sign or "Expect bicycles crossing", etc. can help save accidents. Room- AC was not working very well. The room wasn't cold. Water get stuck in the shower room up to the ankle when you take a shower. Not a "People With Disability" friendly. We arrived midnight hours and our long trip was so tiring. We were looking forward to get to the hotel right away and drop our body on a comfortable bed but we have to transfer to another room dragging all our heavy luggage. We were given an room on the second floor without an elevator. We had 4 pieces of 70 pounder suitcase, 4 carry-ons and personal bags. The staff helped us but I feel pity on that guy who was helping us climbed up and down the stairs carrying all those loads.

Facility and the room

Lovely pool area and nice to have access to a beach. Great buffet breakfast and we really enjoyed our meals at the on-site restaurants.

Located on down a long road and right on the beach. This is both a benefit and a burden. No other properties in the location so everywhere was a trek The main restaurant was closed for a rebuild but the hotel managed that very well allocated additional space for meals and worked hard to make sure it didn't impact the guests

Clean and big resort. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Location at Mactan is convenient given the airport nearby.
