This was a super convenient location for the sights of Cebu without all the traffic and crowds. The apartment was clean and well presented for our 9 day stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Very cosy, hone like apartment!”

The flat is stunning, spotlessly clean and very cosy. It has a beautiful view of the island and Cebu City, especially at night when the lights make it even more special. The staff are amazingly helpful – whenever I needed anything, they were ready to assist very quickly and always with a smile. The apartment is also very well equipped and comfortable, which made my stay very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu.

Good communication from staff. Good location for airport transfer. Very clean. Water cooler in room. Staff delivered breakfast to the door which was delicious.

The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent, with strong water pressure and hot water. Linen and towels were fresh, making the room generally comfortable for a short stay.

Excellent communication and quick instructions. Smooth travel and near the airport. Great view from 16 floor on the bay. Perfect air conditioning. Clean place. All you need. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice design. Shower was good, hot water, even if water pressure was low. But this is normal. Thanks to Jake and the team! Will stay again on my way via Cebu.

The condos are great, staff very helpful and happy for you to check in early. We prepared to just drop our bags but they gave us the room a few hours before check in when we arrived. Everything was easy and hassle free, the room was clean and comfortable and spacious enough.

I like the very accomodating personality of the unit owner, they even checked on us after the earthquake, i also think the building is good at it withstand the 6.9magnitude earthquake.

It was a nice spacious apartment with all the utensils, and a good view of the city.

The apartment is really lovely, nicely decorated and well lit There was drinking water and a small kitchen to cook in and a cold fridge The 7/11 nearby is really handy Lovely city view from the balcony TV with Netflix on The host was so kind and helpful - we ran out of drinking water and he bought us more and helped us with fixing a light!

“Not suitable for solo female travellers”

Second time staying at the condo building. Nice clean, modern condo with Big TV and fast Internet. Everything worked fine and convenient 7/11 located outside. Perfect for couples or men but not suitable for solo female travellers due to the other residents and security guards.

We felt very welcome as the ac and the music were on when we arrived! Very clean and tidy. Close to the airport as we needed. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Thank you.

We loved this apartment, it was so clean and the decor was nice! We loved that the TV had Netflix here too. Wish we booked more nights.
