“THE MISSING HOTEL”
I couldn't find the hotel, I drove around Macon for 4 hours looking for the place. Called the hotel for some sort of helpful directions. Someone told me Macon Nord. I was very disapointed. In the end we gave up looking for Macon Nord and booked into a Budget hotel.

“Perfect location for travelers and comfortable stay!”
We have stayed here many times on our journeys from UK to Spain as it’s easy location and accepts pets. Clean and comfortable and nice lounge too have a drink in too!

The cooling system did not work and our room was stuck in 28 degrees. With two small children this made it super uncomfortable. We struggled until midnight and went and I formed the staff who told us this was a known issue as the system had been replaced and was not working in some rooms. They gave us the key to another room however this room had the same problem. By 2am we managed to doze off with the window open as the only option which let mosquitos in and noise. This was not ideal as we had a 9 hour drive ahead of us. Upon checkout we were offered a bottle of water as an apology which was pretty underwhelming and I would have expected more from a Novotel.

“Great stopover”
Just what we needed - just off the motorway but quiet family room and dinner/breakfast. Room decor a bit dated, but great value half board deal, and a sofa-bunk-bed for my teenagers which was apparently very comfortable. Reception nicely done, we didn’t use the garden or pool but would be good for exercising small children after a long day in the car.

“Perfect one night stop over for families travelling, perfectly situated on the high-way with meals”
Perfect family room and stop on the highway with half-pension(meaning dinner and breakfast were included in the price) for the family of 4. Staffs were friendly, clean and safe facilities and food was decent. I would recommend for a one night stop over.
