The staff were friendly and helpful and kept the hotel clean. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfy with warm bedding. It was a basic hotel which was to be expected and this was reflected in the price which was competitive. It was located in the quieter end of town and required an uphill walk, which we knew before we booked. It was close to cafes, shops and restaurants.

Good location and service. Rooms are spacious. All in all, everything was working, supplies were provided daily and the shower pressure was good.

“Great family owned hotel”
Honestly it was perfect for one night! The room was really spacious, wifi was good, beds were comfy and we had hot water in the shower! Breakfast was served from 5am and was also good. The staff were very kind and friendly, they also offer to store your luggage. Location is also good, 10min walk from the train station and few min walk from the MP bus stop. I definitely recommend!

“Great place with nice hot showers”
Right at the top of town so it’s quiet. But it is a steep walk up. Showers - powerful and hot. Very happy with this. Beds were comfy. Excellent breakfast Nice family run place.

“Town Great, Hotel could be better.”
The walking distance from the train station to the hotel is quite far if you are walking with baggage and it is extremely steep. The shower does not have hot water. Rooms have keys and not cards. WiFi was very slow. Packets of cigarettes were also taken out of my bag while not in the room.

“Outdated hotel”
The location was good, close to hot springs and a short walk away from the train station, but everything is pretty close in Aguas Calientes! Hot water in the shower is a plus!

Excellent price and it was a last minute booking. Nice featured power board with usb ports to keep phone charged. Got some laundry done at a really good price.
