“Well-located and very comfortable”

Very good location approx five minutes’s walk to the bus stop for buses up to Machu Picchu and about 10 minutes from the train station. Big comfortable room (with a kettle and fridge). Absolutely lovely staff, couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Breakfast made available early as we had booked the 06:00 entry to MP.

Close to Machu Picchu station. Staff picked us from station and helped carry our carry on luggages. They offered to drop the luggages to the station as well. Room has nice view of the mountains and river.

“not exactly good value for money”

the room was clean but in need of renovation - it was extremely noise due to the proximity to the train rail (everything shook each time train passed) - the toilet broke and we had to get someone to fix it - additionally the room was very humid and smelled weirdly (we tried turning on the heating to dry and help improve) - overall disappointed given the proce tag

Was just what we needed for a one night stay on a visit to see Machu Picchu. Great location for getting the early morning bus at 6am. We used a new bus company called Torontoy and there was virtually no queueing compared to the other one. The bus stop was only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast from 5am was also helpful and made the whole visit more enjoyable as we had read horror stories about queuing.

Amazing staff, great hotel location, awesome views from the room. They even met us at the train station! Breakfast starts early (at 5 am). The room was clean and spacious!

Welcoming on the train station exit. They can also keep your luggage while you visit Machu Picchu and deliver them directly at the entrance of the train station

Great location for the bus to machu. Less than 5 minute walk.Comfy bed and power shower.Staff very friendly and the food and decent aswell. The town its self is a vibe. Alots of street, shops and markets to explore.

Spacious room, large bed, clean spacious bathroom, beautiful view of the river. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent ( bus company to MP is just a few meters away). The restaurants / train station 5 min walk.

The hotel is located in the centre, next to the river ( can be very noisy) the rooms are simple but nice and comfortable. Breakfast is nice, but above all is the staff great. There are no problems only solutions. The great support to make your once in a lifetime visit to Machu Picchu is amazing. Picking you up, helping buying the correct tickets, keeping luggage, even bringing luggage to the train in case you get tight in time. There is an endless water supply. The team is great!

“Convenient location and very welcoming staff”

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, below the hotel is the bus stop for the entrance of Machu Picchu (one of the two local bus companies). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay — from the pick-up at the train station (even though it is nearby), to the reception desk, to the attentive service at breakfast. The room we reserved was spacious and had a beautiful view of the garden and the Urubamba River.

“Heaven on earth”

Everything! We booked this room for the view but it was so much more. From the staff to the room and the view to breakfast. William went out of his way to help us, meeting us at the station and giving us information about town. The hotel allowed us to take a shower after we hiked to wyannapicchu and before our train back to Cusco, even when we had checked out in the morning. Great service.

Great location and staff were excellent and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

“Amazing staff, breakfast and location, but old facilities and moldy smell”

The staff were absolutely amazing, super helpful, friendly and accommodating! They met us at the train station to help us with our bags, and then delivered our bags at the train station when we were leaving - such an awesome surprise. The staff did everything in their power to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was great! And the location overlooking the river was so lovely!

Clean, comfortable and an excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The complementary luggage hold was so helpful and the offer of a shower to warm up after Machu Picchu (and after I had checked out) was life saving. I was so grateful for that.
