“Lovely hotel giving retreat vibes”
We booked this accommodation last minute on the same day because our previous reservation was cancelled. We usually opt for cheaper places with good reviews, but this time we chose this hotel to treat ourselves — and it was very nice! The hotel has such lovely rooms. Everything was squeaky clean and spacious, the bed was enormous, and the bedsheets were very nice and white, just as they should be. We were actually sorry that we stayed only one night and had to leave very early. There is a very nice common area with lots of plants, giving the place a tropical resort vibe. We didn’t have breakfast as we left early for Machu Picchu, but I’m sure it was just as great as the rooms. There is also a restaurant next to the reception with a menú turístico for a very good price. We ate there twice and were very happy.

I like that it's near the center. And the location is good and close to the train station from ollantaytambo, and the bus to macchu. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming

I have nothing to complain about. My stay at the Quilla House was very comfortable with a clean room and a helpfull staff. Orlando the hotel manager, received me with tips for my trip and good assistance. I would totally recommend Quilla House.

The staff didn't know we were coming and so the room was not prepared. The light next to my bed short circuited and the bulb flew off the wall while a staff member was present.

The receptionist Esteban was unfriendly even rude and sour through our whole stay. He added extra charges totaling about $30 to the bill. It spoiled the stay in the town knowing we would be confronted by his sour demeanor. He also left copies of personal ID cards of guests on the counter and was going to leave the copy of my passport on the counter, but we complained and he very begrudgingly put it under the counter.

“Highly recommend this lovely hotel”
It was so central, hotel staff very nice and friendly. Felt very safe as a solo traveller. I had a lovely balcony of my bedroom and sat out on it using the wifi. I would stay there again. I borrowed a hairdryer from reception desk

We had the chance to have a balcony and the bedding is really confortable with queen size beds! Area of the hotel is also nice!
