I dont reccomend, the girl on reception at check in let it down. The room was nice plus they had a heater . Hot water goes hot and cold. Not sure where palace comes into it. Windows have iron bars . Pario is so snall. Lots of street noise in the night . The sitting area is non inviting.

We had a great time here. It was perfectly located for our trip to machu picchu and close to some good brunch spots. The communal areas were very nice and they provided a takeaway breakfast when we left early for machu picchu. Another thing that really stood out was that they went above and beyond to help when we left some money and documents in the room after checking out. They contacted us and went out of their way to help return the documents and transferred the cash amount which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting machu picchu.

Location is very central yet not in the loud areas of Aguas Calientes. Bed was very comfortable and the hostel has nice common areas. The attached shower was also good and clean

The staff were great, super helpful and kind. I left my bracelet there and they kept me for me. There is a nice roof terrace where you can have breakfast

Perfect for a 1 night stay! We arrived from our 4 day Salkantay trek to a large, clean room, the BEST shower we’ve had in Peru and a 4h laundry service. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The hotel was also fairly quiet and ideally located next to the bus & train station. The staff were really helpful - explaining where the bus/train/tickets are found.

Very good location, close to the train station. Breakfast was nice, especially the view! The room was spacious enough and bed was very comfortable.

Very friendly and welcoming stuff (Family owned Hostel). We had a private room facing the street for two nights. It was nice to view out of the window and seeing the trains passing by. We also enjoyed the rooftop which is really inviting to chill out. We had to depart earlier than booked due to plan changes but there were very kind to remove the cancellation fee.

Perfect location if you want to walk to Machu Picchu. Quiet area at night. You can see the mountains and the trains from the terrace. Good breakfast and possibly to take it away if you have an early start.

amazing terrace, huge clean and comfy beds. wifi and power next to beds. shower and everything you need. they give a free breakfast box if you going early to the mountain. this is was amazing. thank you

Everything was awesome, they gave us a breakfast box to go. It wasn't my favourite snacks inside like sugary stuff, but still very nice. The bed was comfortable, bathroom a little small but good.

Excellent location and the rooms were clean. The bar has beautiful views and Kelvin, the bartender, was the highlight of my trip to Aguas Calientes. His warmth and humour was contagious, and he even went as far as staying beyond his shift to help me learn Spanish. Kelvin is a legend!
