Hosts were very friendly. They pick us up at the train station. They furnished us additional blankets for the night. Room had a reasonable size and was well equiped. In the evening the street is a bit noisy, but it did not last too long and the night was very quiet.

“I would stay here again. The hotel was quiet and value for money.”
The hotel is located very close to the train station, about 7 minutes walk. The staff were very friendly and even provided some hot water upon being asked so that I could make some tea in my room. The room was large and the wifi worked. We had nice hot water. Breakfast was good.

“The rooms advertised online are not what you are met with when you are there”
Breakfast was terrible, the only hot food option was scrambled eggs, and one of the mornings we didn’t even get offered eggs yet there was other people who had clearly been offered them.

“Great”
This was a last minute booking as we didn’t like where we were staying. The staff were helpful and friendly. They sent someone to meet us at the station. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk from the station. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was quite nice but it seemed to run out of things a lot. Ham, cheese, scrambled egg, yogurt, muesli.

“Exactly what we had hoped for!”
Very kind and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room, lovely views, stable wifi, proper shower, good breakfast, convenient location. Nice starting point for trips to Machu Picchu - we arrived in town the day before, and our guide picked us up at the hotel the next morning to take us up to the ruins, and we were really happy with everything.

“A Comfortable Hotel Near the Strain Station”
It was a comfortable hotel near the train station and center of everything. The Staff picked us up from the train station which is a great touch. Breakfast is just okay, nothing spectacular but not so bad also. The room was big enough for 2 people, and has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. The beddings are thick and can keep one warm as the room can get quite cold in the evenings. Good value for the money spent, as most hotels in the same location are so much more expensive.
