I had one night stay in big, quiet room, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean bathroom with hot water all day. Breakfast with great selection of food is available from 5am. Excellent location, one minute walk from the bus station from which buses to the Machu P depart.

Good location and friendly staff. Luis actually came to meet us at the railway station. Breakfast was acceptable and I'd highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Breakfast was great and they opened at .5:00 to accommodate the early Machu Picchu crowd. Staff very friendly

The location, the room and the staff. We were met at the train station and taken to the hotel whilst showing us where to catch our train the next day. The room was well appointed and of a good size, ours overlooked the river. We were able to store our luggage the next morning whilst visiting Machu Picchu and after our visit we able to use the hotel lobby to relax, recharge phones and use the toilet whist waiting for our train ( only a few minutes walk to the train station)

Front desk and dining staff could not have done more to assist us in the hotel, finding the ticket offices and a great restaurant, Ponchos.

We stayed two nights (13-15/1/26)had a room with a lake and mountain view and I couldn’t be happier, the view is to die for!!! The hotel staff are fantastic. We were collected from the train station, we had to go get entry ticket to the Machu Picchu, we were taken straight away to the office by the reception manager and he waited until tickets were received. Also, for food, there is a great restaurant just on the left(you leave the hotel and go into the restaurant), great and fresh food. Doesn’t belong to the hotel. Prices for food are overpriced otherwise- just for us tourists.

Absolutely everything! Staff is adorable, they even picked us up at the train station. The rooms are super clean, big, beautiful, the view is amazing. The breakfast is stunning, and made with very fresh product. It’s also so ideally located in Aguas Calientes.

The rooms were huge and comfortable, we loved being on the quieter side of the river next to the market, and watching everyone lining up for the buses on the other side, or posing with Paddington directly out the front. The breakfast was good, and the view was spectacular. We stayed 2 nights and loved it. There’s a fabulous seafood restaurant next door too.

The room was beautiful and the location was perfect for the bus to Machu Pichu. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good.

Location is two minutes walk from railway station and very close to the bus station for Machu Picchu. Breakfast is ok . Many restaurants are within one to three minutes walk.

Small hotel with excellent spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast on the top floor. The lady who was supervising the breakfast was very good. Staff at the reception helpful too.
