Amazing and highly recommended

Inkaterra hotels are truly one of the best in Peru, and such a delight. We felt so taken care of throughout our short stay. They help with the luggage and meet you personally at the train station at the arrival and same for the departure. Hot tubs really helped to relax after the day of trip. Territory of the hotel is enormous and absolutely gorgeous. They have gardens, tea plantations, orchids and hummingbirds flying around. Stuff is incredibly attentive and helpful. And food in the restaurant is a delight. I am also very happy that we chose to stay the night here before going to Machu Piccu. We felt recovered and could fully enjoy an absolute masterpiece that Machu Piccu is❤️ Thank you so much guys for your care and service. Truly amazing experience and worth every penny

One and only 5 star hotel in location.

Very good location when arriving by train, hotel located just across bridge. Breakfast was fabulous with various omelettes/eggs and deserts. Beds was more wide than long and welcomed us with warm heater what made beds extra cosy. Jungle view and feeling straight from room door was quarantined Birds, butterflies and beautiful flowers made stay even more cozy. We got our jungle feeling.

Nice hotel but would expect more for the cost

It is a very quaint property in its own oasis on the outskirts of Aqua Calientes.

Beautiful surrounds for restful stay in Agus Calientes

Beautiful surrounds and property, spacious room, helpful staff and great food. Would have loved to have stayed longer and tried some of their hotel specific tours but we only had one night. Thank you for the room upgrade and accommodating our last minute change of dates.

Beautiful stay in a private oasis

The whole vibe of the hotel was really lovely and in tune with nature. I loved being able to walk around the grounds and learn about tea making with one of the hotel guides. It really felt like a private oasis

A magnificent hotel set within a private park, making an already beautiful location even more incredible. This hotel is rightly famous in the area for the quality of its service, and I must say that its reputation is well-deserved. While the hotel is expensive, it is absolutely worth every penny

Great location, super nice rooms. Not a huge fan of the restaurant or spa area though. Felt a bit too formal but food was very good.
