Good location, staff members were very friendly and helpful during check in, and during the whole stay. Breakfast was good as well as the rooms and clean beds.

“Consistently good stay”
There was a mixup and the manager was SO helpful. She immediately solved the issue and offered superb customer service. Breakfast OK, no eggs, but otherwise it was sufficient. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean.

“It was an unexpected Oasis”
We felt we lucked out when we booked this little hotel. The location was excellent at the top of the hill away from the noise and tourists. The art and gardens and river made for an attractive buffer against the business of the city. The hotel was super helpful, allowing us to check in early before we headed to Manchu picchu.

Both days I was there, somebody was fixing something next to my wall so there was a lot of hammering and drilling throughout the afternoon! The reception staff were fabulous. My room was incredibly clean. The food was delicious and I was happy!
