“Great location!”
Very convenient location (right near the train station and a short walk to the bus stop), lots of options for food and drink nearby, excellent view of the river and mountains. Clean and spacious room, and very friendly staff! Breakfast was good and served nice and early.

Location is very good, right across the bridge where you queue for the bus to Machu Picchu. The room is adequate, the bed is comfortable and the shower had hot water.

“Cute hotel for a good price”
Near trainstation, window with a city view, comfy bed, clean room, warm blankets, possibility to store our backpacks during the hike to Machu picchu. Nice bathrooms. Average breakfast was included.

It's good value for money I'd say and the facilities on the whole were good. The breakfast was nice and early which was great for having to queue early for Machu Picchu. The staff were really helpful as well. Overall I would recommend this place to stay.

They packed for us breakfast at 5AM for our trip to Machu. Also we could leave the bags in the hotel for a while. Good location

When I asked for a refund since I would not be staying there because my expectations of noise and cleanliness were not met, the concierge gave a 40% refund. Apparently they have been suffering due to construction of some part of the town close by. I appreciate the effort the staff member went to in order to help us. The price was decent, but at this point in my trip, I was looking for more comfort and quiet

Staff is amazing, we had some issues with check-in and girl in the reception kindly helped and called to the airline since for us this call wasn't for free + the English line was busy. Bed comfortable, room clean, breakfast available from 5h30, location very central and room had amazing view! Nice stay:)
