Well... I arrived and a 11 years old girl was the only person there to do my check in. She tried over charge me, and I had to say that I didn't have enough money in that moment. I left my stuff in the bedroom and she refused to give me the room's key in case another traveler arrives. I closed the door and I went for something to eat. When I came back, the living area was full of children playing, screaming... So no place to rest. I went to the room and the door was completely open, when no new travelers in there. So why they opened the door and left it open? I felt so insecure that I took my stuff and left.

The friendliness of the staff makes up for any structural deficiencies in the building. They met every request and made me feel at home from the start. Shower was piping hot, bed was comfortable and they provided extra blankets.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good value and tasty. The room was very clean. The location was good but next to the train line so it could be a bit noisy.

I highly recommend this accomodation. Everything was perfect. Nice atmosphere and very clean. The personal were great.

Decent location, felt like it’s too expensive for what you get but it’s cheaper than most places in Aguas Calientes so guess ok value. Hot showers which was a big perk. Nice staff and nice views over the river

Good and cheapest place to stay in the town as most hotels seem expensive. The hotel did what it needed to do. And it's not too far from the city centre about 5 minutes walk.

Bed comfy. There are lockers (but you need to bring your own lock). Many bathrooms. The staff is lovely. Hot shower
