“Great stay”

Great location, close to the bus stop to Machu Picchu. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast was served from 5:30 a.m. The hotel offers luggage storage. You can hear the sound of the river through the windows at night, but it didn't bother us. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

“Little gem of a hotel in a perfect location”

Loved it, couldn’t do enough for you, always to hand, went out of their way to accommodate. I arrived at 08:30 with check in at 12 and was welcomed to join for breakfast. Stored my baggage and the MP bus stop is outside. Room was lovely. Breakfast I had fruit yoghurt and banana pancakes, cheese rolls but the bread was lovely not a processed roll and pure butter. Fresh orange and tea. Was perfect. Would absolutely stay there again.

If I could give a higher score, I would! Don’t go past this hotel for your stay in Machu Picchu; the bus to the Citadel departs directly outside the hotel, the staff are incredibly warm and friendly (there is a language barrier - obvious reasons - however they’ll do everything to assist and sometimes it’s simply using google translate). They promptly and gladly responded to both requests with kindness; the breakfast is a solid option too! Delicious avocado, a fried egg on a yummy croissant - fresh juices and all your usual condiments. Would gladly stay here again :)

“Perfect location, good value, helpful staff.”

We stayed for one night prior to an early morning trip to Machu Picchu. The location is perfect for that purpose - right at the bus queue, surrounded by restaurants, and opposite the market. The breakfast was at 5:30, which was great for us, and was quite good. The staff were very helpful with keeping our suitcase while we visited MP, and allowing us to recover in the foyer on our return.

“Excellent location and breakfast. Spacious Rooms”

The location was excellent, the bus stop for Machu Picchu was just downstairs. There were multiple restaurants and souviers right outside as well. Breakfast - amazing breakfast ! A lot of options, even for vegetarians. There was hot food as well (Pancakes, eggs). The power was out the whole morning but still they had prepared breakfast. Staff was lovely. THey stored our luggage when we went to machu picchu and let us hangout in the reception area while waiting for our train.

Perfect location, good bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Simple accommodation for 2 nights. I spent most of the time exploring the area so for just a night sleep it’s perfect. River just outside is noisy but with earplugs it was no issue at all.

Staff were amazing, on our checkout day one of our party was ill. We had 6 hours to kill until the train post check out time. Whilst they could nit extend the room, they are very busy, they provided a couch for them to sleep on for tbe 6 hours. In addition to this they provided us with a packe breakfast as we went ti the bus queue at 4.30am, before breakfast was due to be served.

Very clean, close to the bus station, easy check-in, good breakfast. The room we've stayed in had glass windows. We could hear the sound of the river at night. For us it was actually quite nice, but if you are sensitive to noise, maybe bring some ear plugs.

Great place for an overnight stay pre or after visit to Machu Picchu. The train station is less than 5mins away and the bus stop is one minute. It’s a perfect location.

Everything was perfect, really! It’s extremely close to both the main bus station and the train station. The room has everything you need, even a radiator. I was surprised by how good the breakfast was! So much variety and also warm food. In total just a really good place to stay.
