“Well located central stay, great base and place to relax”

Good central location, nothing further than about 30mins - southern beaches & northern towns, timanfaya, famara, jameos del agua etc. Great amenities, nice pool & BBQ area when it’s not too windy. Excellent shower!

“Comfy and cute”

Very attractive apartment with good amenities. Kitchen has some essentials for simple cooking (oil, salt, pepper). Clean and comfortable and cosy. Tastefully and stylishly decorated. Lovely pool, but only open during main part of day when most guests would be out and about. Supermarket a few minutes drive away. Good position for exploring the wonderful landscape of the vineyards.

Beautiful interior, very spacious, well equipped with all the necessities and more (coffee, wine, appetisers…) The owner was delightful and checkup on us to check if we needed anything regularly.

Everything in this little cute hotel was perfect. We definitely recommend this accomodation to everyone.

What an amazing stay it was! The location is just perfect, far from any city/road noises, very tranquil, yet close enough to have easy access to restaurants and breakfast options. It's close to the Timanfaya Park so you're surrounded by breathtaking volcanic landscapes. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment stunningly clean and well-equipped. And the pool area... pure joy! I can't recommend La Casa del Medianero enough, it was the best stay ever!

“An ideal retreat for discovering the island!”

The apartment was absolutely stunning—spacious beyond expectation, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. As an added delight, it was beautifully decorated both inside and out, perfectly capturing the essence of the island. The reproductions of César Manrique artwork was a wonderful touch, adding to the authentic charm. Our host was friendly, always easily reachable, and attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable.

“Very charming boutique hotel in old country house”

This is a very nice boutique hotel in an old renovated country house. The renovation and decoration of the rooms was done with great taste by the owners. The whole place breathes luxury and peace. Also the kitchen in the room not only provided in all the necesary kitchenware, the owners also had put together a welcoming food package with some snacks, olives, and even a bottle of local wine, so nice!!! The hotel is convenietly located to explore the northern part of Lanza, however you do need a car to get around.

“Well-positioned apartment to discover Lanzarote!”

We had a nice stay at La Casa del Medianero. The instructions to retrieve the keys were clear and easy. A personal digital guide was provided with all necessary information regarding our stay. As we were travelling by car we had no problems to reach the apartment each day and it was really handy to have a parking on-site. La Casa del Medianero has a very nice swimming pool and a coffee machine in the shared area.

Quiet location, two lovely outside spaces, nice decor and a comfortable bed. Efficient communication. Despite a couple of small comments (see below) we enjoyed our stay a lot.

The location is fantastic, the place is quiet, the host is hyper responsive and kind. We had a great stay with our little daughter. it’s very rare to find a place like this for this money! 😍

John is the most amazing host ever! We enjoyed our stay very much in a beautiful place that John has built up over the years. Lovely and cute 'casa' with a beautiful back and front garden. The back garden has also a beautiful pool and a nice spot to drink coffee/tea and/or have breakfast. All in all: superb!

La Casa del Medianero is a great place to stay with good facilities,well designed and characterful apartments and extremely friendly and helpful staff who give excellent service.It is very well located for those who want to tour the island and provides an excellent base for exploring all that Lanzarote has to offer.It is also easily accessible from the airport being just 10 kilometres away and yet situated in a peaceful and tranquil rural location.We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return soon.

“A Perfect Getaway”

The pool was fantastic and so so well maintained. The decor was lovely and the TV could get all the UK Channels. The cleaner was brilliant and worked very hard indeed, keeping everything just so without been obtrusive. John was a great bloke to chat to and made us feel really welcome. For us the washing modern machine was very useful as we packed 'Ryanair Light'. The run from the LZ2 was only 4 mins if you drive like Carlos Sainz which we did. Even in a Fiat 500. The remote gated parking was brilliant too. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you so much!

Amazing place! Spacious, clean, nicely decorated house with everything we needed for our stay! It features two outdoor areas, one with a pool and bbq on one side and a garden on the other side. Place is great for a relaxing holiday as it is not far to Puerto del Carmen and Timanfaya National Park. There is even a very good restaurant La Cabana Macher in a walking distance from a house. Overall, we would once definitely return and could recommend to anyone who is looking for an accommodation away from crowded touristic areas but close to Lanzarote main natural attractions.
