“Excelllent hotel with great Market restaurant, pleasing all day long with great food”
Stayed in this hotel for 11 nights for a work-related trip to the Machala area. Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, great Market restaurant with superb breakfast, during the week a great lunch buffet with excellent price/quality ratio, and a good a la carte choice for the evening. They also sell pastries and Italian-stype ice cream. Yes, I did gain weight after my stay :-). One minor drawback is the limited knowledge of English by staff. They did what they could, but because they were so friendly, it was a pity we were not able to communicate in a better way. Of course this came from both sides, as my Spanish is unfortunately only minimal ... room for improvement from both sides :-)
