Location is stunning. There is a wide array of activities to choose from at the property. Food is delicious, especially their self-made cheese.

Large room clean and quiet. The Dining room has a large fireplace and comfortable chairs. The food is delicious. There are walks around the farm and horse riding. Great views of the volcanos. The owners could not have been more welcoming and hospitable.

Stunning location and beautiful grounds. Spacious and clean rooms and it was great that we could bring our dog. the staff were very helpful with advice about activities and the food was tasty.

Me and my mum stayed here for one night and it was a perfect stay. All of the staff were so lovely, the views were breathtaking & the food was incredible (although the prices are slightly higher than we’ve found elsewhere in Ecuador it was so worth it for the quality & taste & big portions). Such an amazing night in the countryside with lots of things to do, thank you!

We arrived in the evening, the reception hall + restaurant has a beautiful view of montagne with fireplace. Taking a pisco sour made by Victor was real nice memory. The stuff were very professional and friendly, thanks a lot to Victor !

I loved the layout as well as how well organized the staff was. We arrived late at night but they immediately prepared dinner and started giving rooms. The facilities were great and included heating as well. The house was amazing! I would highly recommend this area for a few days!

What a stunningly beautiful, idyllic place! Me and a group of friends chose Hacienda El Rejo for our one week vacation in Ecuador, without imagining the extraordinary impact this short stay there will have on us. The pictures online don't do it justice. The place is amazing, the food is fresh and delicious, and the image of Cotopaxi and Rumiñahui volcanoes from our table in the hacienda's restaurant, while eating a copious breakfast, was out of this world! But our stay there wouldn't have been the same without Sebastian, the hacienda's manager, who took care of us beyond any expectations. Thank you, Sebas, our good friend! Because of you, we will definitely be back! Thank you for hiring a driver and a mountain guide for us, who took us every day to climb volcanoes and explore the surroundings. And thank you for catering to all our needs, your help was invaluable! Please say hello to Kevin, the beautiful peacock of the property, to the hummingbird who was sometimes gracing us with his presence, to the beautiful and good cows of the property, who's milk was so good, every morning, in our coffee. And to all the wonderful staff at the hacienda. You and beautiful Ecuador will always remain in our hearts!

This was exactly what we wanted, a secluded stay in the countryside. Views were amazing and there was plenty of activities for children. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

What didn't I like?! Absolute friendly staff (they kept the restaurant open longer for us due to our delayed arrival), the view from the ranch was gorgeos, the ranch itself is upheld perfectly, the rooms are clean and nice. Beds are suuuuuuuuuuper comfy!

Beautiful property with friendly and welcoming staff. The food at the restaurant was amazing and we enjoyed spending our evenings in the common room by the fireplace. The staff were really helpful and let us check in early and check out late at no extra cost. Location is conveniently located to Cotopaxi, which we visited during our stay.

“Quaint hotel, amazing breakfast”

Quaint hotel, the ambiance was very well thought out and the views from the restaurant are amazing (on a clear day, obviously). Sebastian was super friendly and very informative, a great host. Rooms are big and beds comfortable. The breakfast was AMAZING, best we had in a month in Ecuador.
