“An exceptional stay in Seychelles”

The property is located in the north of the island, close to the beach, and surrounded by only a few houses, guaranteeing privacy. The host was very responsive and helpful, both before our arrival and during our stay. There is a small market nearby and a bus station just below the house. The pool, as well as the house and its surroundings, were clean and well-maintained. Our housekeeper, Sarah, was nice and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you would need. Rooms have AC and comfy beds. Considering everything stated above, the value for money was exceptional.

Spacious house with a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a large terrace, and an outside pool on the first floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 twin room) and two bathrooms. Amazing ocean views from every room. It’s clean, the cleaning lady is very nice, and sheets and towels are changed frequently or upon request. There’s a cool rock pool just a 1-2 minute walk downhill. The owner is very friendly and responsive, and arranging a late check-out was very easy.

Very nice house with a spacious terrace and lovely private pool. It is located in a great area of Mahé with many nice beaches nearby you can reach by car. The „rock pool“ is just a 2 minute footwalk down the property hill.

The house was really spacious and comfortable for our group of 5. The pool and the view is just amazing. Arno is a great host and always helps quickly. We can definitely recommend this house when traveling to Mahe.

“Well positioned villa close to some of the nicest beaches on the island.”

Kaz Bulinger exceeded our expectations. It is accessed from a flight of stairs from the car parking area and as soon as you enter the sea views are incredible! The layout works well with large outdoor seating area, wrap around veranda giving access to the pool. Also to note there is an outside shower, a bbq area and the sun beds can be positioned below the palm vegetation to be out of the shade. Supermarkets - we found MR Pillay on the north coast road 5 mins away to stock everything we needed, and further supermarkets in Beau Vallon. Great local beaches at Top Soleil and Sunset, 5 mins away.

Kaz Bullinger is a lovely house in a great setting, very peaceful and private. The views are great, the pool a bonus and the furniture was very comfortable. We found everything we needed and it was very clean. Arno, the host, was very welcoming and kind. Highly recommend a stay at Kaz Bullinger.

“Enjoying Seychelles”

The house is amazing. You have all the facilities you need for your stay. Arno is a great host and Sara, is very friendly and does her job. The internet conmection is good and you can enjoy in the TV of your fims and favorite series, because there are connection with Netflix, Amazon Prime,… The sea views from the rooms are a plus. Hopefully, we can come back soon. If you want to enjoy Seychelles, this is your accommodation.

location view- from everywhere you go, including all 3 rooms facilities - dishwasher, washing machine ( included) clean and very spacious gorgeous decorations amities beaches walking distance shop fantastic place, I would rate 10 but is only 5

“Great villa for a family”

The House is great, the view is amazing and can be enjoyed from both balcony, dining table etc. The rooms are spacious and the pool area is very nice. Arno - the host - was a great help, both before arrival with booking transport, but also during and helping us find boat trips for our stay after having left. Response was very quick. The beach is close by for a swim and a beautiful look at the rocks.
