It's a wonderful place. It's very convenient, with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The host was very friendly and even picked me up from Ancona airport.

“Quiet Studio, Close to the Center”

very quiet place located in a major housing/office block at a noisy road. the room does not face the road but the quiet countryside. when you enter the studio, you will be overwhelmed by a fantatstic view of the beautiful landscape. the place is comfortable for two adults, and possibly one child. very good climatization. only a little walk away from historic Macerata. the car can be placed in the basement parking space.

As soon as you open the door, you understand why it is called Lo Spettacolo. Was a beautiful flat and view !! Simply magnificent. It was super duper clean, spacious, functional, with a convenient location, the car park was an absolute plus too. I was very impressed and almost sad to leave that place. It felt like home. I wish I could live in such a pretty and well maintained flat! I would definitely rebook Lo Spettacolo if I ever come back to Macerata. Bravissimo Massimo, & Grazie mille !!

“Amazing view - do come and see for yourself !”

The most amazing view out of the whole wall window opposite the bed. Curtains to stop the sun waking you up in the morning. Whole studio flat, very tastefully decorated, with all the amenities not just for sleeping and showering but also for cooking and washing/drying clothes. Three beds all in all, one marital and one single. WiFi. Free parking in the underground garage. Easy enough coms with the host over the Whatsapp. (I have learned that in Italy you better use the Whatsapp or else ..) Did I say the view is amazing ? :)

“Quiet unit with beautiful view”

The view from the window was beautiful. The unit was very clean. Parking was readily available and much appreciated (make sure you park on the same floor as the unit-the parking garage has multiple floors with the same numbers on the stalls!). The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. He had lots of suggestions for places to eat and things to see. There was a lot to do in the city, and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Excellent communication with clear checking in directions. Modern, clean apartment with amazing views. Easy, secure large parking within steps of the apartment. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent location outside the city walls, in a contemporary block of flats with a splendid view over the surrounding countryside & hills. Quiet location. Couldn't utilise garage parking space as my vehicle was too tall. Owner cheerful and clear communicator. Tried to solve vehicle issue with me. Parking space in garage is secure and easily accessible from flat. Excellent restaurant recommendation. Would go back

First of all, the fantastic view of the apartment. As the name suggests, it was a spectacle. Secondly checking in was really smooth and the park is just in front of the apartment. Finally the apartment is very clean and nice, a few minutes from the city center.

Absolutely stunning view from the main rom overlooking the hills. The place was impeccably clean, the host sent all info ahead of time so checking in was easy and trouble free.
