“Awesome, exceptional, wonderful”
The hosts of this property were amazing! I had difficulty with a ticket for a concert I was to attend and he went out of his way to help us. He offered to accompany us to see the city and every morning he served us our cappuccino and breakfast. The location is very close to the theatre for events. It was very clean, the pool was refreshing on a hot day. We cannot say enough about this place and our amazing host. We will gladly return. I would rate it 12 out of a possible 10.

“Relaxing stay in Macerata”
The property is located within Macerata however, it is found at the end of a steep downhill facing the valley hence surrounded by the green. There is plenty of parking space at the property. The owner is a really nice person and was fully available to make the arrival smooth. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning over summer is a must. There is a nice small pool in the garden of the property. Also, in the morning you can have a self service breakfast in the property kitchen. Highly recommended

Hotel manager is so kind ,words cannot express his kindness when our train was delayed by 1 hour in the middle of night he came all the way by his car to pick us from station. Late night he also provide us food.while only morning breakfast included.he also dropped us after checkout . We would recommend everyone to stay at his place .
