“dreadful smell and apartment it as advertised”
there was a dreadful smell we asked if we could leave and were told no cancellation. Told owners we would arrive late 9pm to 10pm and asked to ring 1 hour before arrival. we received message to pay 20th Ro for late check in after our cancellation period expired. Advertised as 24 hour reception which it does not have.Message told us to ring 1 hour before. rang at 9.30 as instructed and told we had to now pay 30 euro. arrived half hour late due to flight delay. did not pay. midway throughout stay no hot water. Rang host who initially didn’t believe me. Advertised as on site parking. This is not true. In fact outside the apartment is a tow away zone from 7am until 9pm. Second bed is a blow up bed. Not a problem for us as only one couple
