“Construction site”
So this is more like a short term stay in a collective rather than a b&b. The room was very big, with plenty space in wardrobes etc and the bed was comfortable enough. This is good. There is a laundry machine and dryer, which is a plus. On the downside with that, the dryer is very inefficient and the charges for that are higher than at a normal laundromat, which is a bit strange from a hospitality point or view. There is a kitchen available, which is also a good feature.

This was the worst hotel stay ever. It started with the fact that we had agreed with the owner to check in at 14:00. We waited for 30 minutes at the door, and he did not answer any calls. During that time, a mouse ran right by the door. The next morning, we found another one dead in front of it. The bedding was in terrible condition, and nowhere was it mentioned that the toilet and shower are shared between two rooms. Breakfast did not include anything except fruit and cookies, which are available 24/7 anyway. We would have canceled immediately, but it was already prepaid. I do not recommend this place to anyone

Good location for discovering Macerata, 10 min walk from the city centre. Not too noisy, despite being located quite close the the important avenue. Helpful and friendly owner who gave us a lot of useful suggestions and tips

What a perfect trip, the landlord received us very warmly, helped us with our luggage, and introduced the city to us with a map, the room was also very tastefully decorated, the hygiene was very clean, and any problems the landlord helped us solve in a warm and timely manner.

The apartment is all really clean, well renovated and well decorated. It's near the town centre yet in a quiet area. The breakfast is varied and good. The staff are very helpful. I had a very pleasant stay.
