This is an amazing place and we really enjoyed our four nights there. Beautiful setting with views of Macerata in the distance, spotless and comfortable room. An excellent pool shared with just two other rooms. Manuela was very friendly and helpful. Her home baked bread and cakes were a real treat and her restaurant suggestions amazing!! Thank you!!

Fantastic secluded setting but only 10 mins drive from amenities and main town. Host was fantastic, very welcoming. Breakfast was a wide choice, much of which was home made or home grown- they had their own orchard.

Manuela and her family are just amazing host, very caring and friendly, always there to help. The room is just perfect, clean nice and comfortable. The floor with cooling system keep the room at the perfect temperature even when outside is scorching hot and not to mention the swimming pool and the food! Absolutely one of the best stay I have ever had. I absolutely recommend this bit of paradise!

The property is stunning. A very peaceful, tranquil location with a lovely pool. The property is all new and furnished in an authentic stylish way.

The owner is incredibly friendly and kind. One can tell that she is putting a lot of passion and love into her property. It is basically brand new, everything is spotless. Breakfast was lovely, all local products! She also recommended a cellar where to do wine tasting and some local restaurants. Views from the property are lovely!

Beautiful location, fantastic host, perfect breakfast with homemade bread and cake. Manuela made especially for us a peach cake with garden fruit. She advised about restaurants and made the reservation, interesting things to do and see. We loved the garden and the swimmingpool with the small bar. There is a lot to see in the environment to see and visit by car: Macerata (and of course the opera), Recanati and many more. The beach is 20 minutes by car. Definitely a place to return to next year.

“Great stay at a hidden country side gem!”

The whole experience was top notch. The service was above and beyond. Manuela was warm and generous, tending to all our needs and giving great suggestions for restaurants and sights. Everything was provided with easy links for online browsing and usage of Google maps on how to get there. The place feels brand new and the entire estate has been built by Manuela and her husband with utmost care. The breakfast was plentiful and all our dietary needs (allergies and such) were taken care of. We especially liked the fresh local, organic fried eggs and fresh fruit from their garden. The pool area is nice and relaxing. They even have their own small bar-shed that they opened up for us and gave us drinks and snacks at our arrival. The BnB is placed very well for excursions to sights as well as the beach and also close to the cute little town of Macerata with several museums, sights and restaurants. An added bonus was of course that we had the place to ourselves. Again thank you so much Manuela and family for a great stay! We would like to come back in the future.

“Recommended in the Macerata area”

Very nice accommodation with a very nice swimming pool. Manuela is very professional and nice host. She does everything to help us and to enjoy our stay with al kind of tips what to do and where to eat (she advised several very nice Osteria's). She even helped us with stitches that had to be removed from our daughter, a friend of hers received us during her break at the clinic where she works. Really very special and saved a lot of time. Manuela went along herself. Also the breakfast was really nice with all kind of home baked bread and cakes. So definitely recommended if you want to visit the beautiful surroundings of the Marche
