“We book this hotel for Karl Lagerfeld and it is good as expected.”
The hotel lobby is very impressive and the front desk of Karl Lagerfeld is the best among the 3 hotels in the resort. Both the staff in front desk, those who help us with our baggage or those helping us to book a cab are all very helpful and always greeting us warmly. The indoor swimming pool is perfect and the staff of the fitness centre are very hardworking and helpful. The rooms are big as expected and well decorated. The welcome chocolate biscuits are delicious. The only problem in the room is that the electronic kettle is installed inside the drawer and i need to boil hot water for tea in the drawer with the cupboard door opened.
