I requested higher floors book my room over a month in advance and I get the lowest floor when i checked in ar 4:45pm. Only the fruits are good on the buffet table. The sunny side egg I ordered is warm Everything else is cold. I didnot go back for breakfast the next day. The shower in my room is broken and need to be fixed the next morning.

super bad management!! we arrived to check in at ard 2:45pm and were told that there was no non-smoking rooms at the moment and needa wait and turned out we got our room key at 5PM!! I asked the reception if we can check out the next day at a later time and I was told that we can only extend the check out time for 1hr only ….. I feel like if the hotel is not capable of hosting so many guests, they shouldn’t sell it at such a premium price…. this is definitely my worst experience so far with a five-star hotel …

“Delightful stay”
Very good taste of the hotel design inside and outside. The rate was reasonable for room and service during the period. Though the variety of breakfast was not that impressive, all the dishes were delicious which was beyond expectation. BTW, we really enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks in the mini bar and bubble tea served in the casino!

“Wonderful, better than Disneyland hotel”
The room is clean and tidy. We are family of two adults and two 5 years old children. We enjoyed staying in MGM Cotai. The staff are really thoughful and polite. They sent us easter egg and complimentary gifts to room as we have two children. The breakfast buffet is really nice. Food and drinks are good.
