Very accommodating staff and a comfortable and spacious room. The hotel was very clean. It was a good location and only a short walk to the Macau Metro LRT, which is an overhead train that takes you directly to the Cotai strip and Taipa Ferry terminal, for an easy return to Hong Kong.

The Hotel is a bit older and the view is on te abandoned race track. But it still is in good shape for a stay. The staff is very friendly and it has a short walk distance to the railway station which brings you everywhere

“Spacious and clean”

Very near the airport and also Broadway Theatre Macau (and Galaxy). Plenty of good food choices nearby and I did like their second floor dim sum restaurant. Rooms and decor are old but not a problem, very spacious room, just that the aircon was pretty cold despite turning the temperature all the way up. No smoking smell too which is great. Housekeeping was pretty nice too.

Staff all are excellent.

The room is quite dark and not clean. Book for two adults Nd two children but the bed is small. Bedding has a strange smell. Wont come again!

Very smooth response to my urgent needs during typhoon days. Room environment is great-quiet, with large windows with a nice view.

Although the hotel appears a bit dated from the outside, it's very well-maintained. It's surprising to find that it's not mouldy at all, considering the very humid location, Macau! All the staff are friendly and able to satisfy my needs, multilingual and very responsive.

I was on the 17th floor and the room was clean. Concierge staff was friendly and helpful
